Bedrooms:

Two of the three bedrooms & family bathroom are on ground floor level The master bedroom is on the first floor but this room has a door on the stairs leading up to it, which means there is no need to worry about young children venturing upstairs.

Friday Changeover unless by special arrangement

Location: Anjarden, built in the 18th Century, is a granite detached farmhouse, with 360' panoramic rural views, looking South out over meadows and fields towards the sea and Lamorna Cove.

A tranquil rural setting of natural charm and beauty. The town of Penzance is only 4 miles away and Lands End, with its magnificent sunsets, just 6 miles.

Living Area:

The beamed sitting/dining room has a multi fuel cast iron stove, set in the large granite inglenook fireplace, antique table and chairs, comfortable sofa suite and colour washed walls. The kitchen is very well equipped and beautifully fitted with a large gas range cooker, limed oak units, granite worktops, a large dresser and oak draining boards either side of the butler sink. Although traditional all modern appliances are incorporated.

Bedrooms:

The three pretty beamed bedrooms are delightful and individually styled: All with bed-drapes. The master bedroom upstairs with its high vaulted beamed ceiling, king size bed with deep high density memory foam mattress, and soft mauve, gold and cream bed-drapes and furnishings, match the en-suite bathroom with its freestanding iron roll top bath. The large second bedroom on the ground floor, again with a king size bed & pocket sprung memory foam mattress, has its own sofa and armchair within it, softly styled in duck egg blue, gold and cream making it a relaxing private haven.

The third bedroom also on the ground floor, with double bed & deep pocket sprung memory foam mattress, has a colour scheme of lemon, ochre and white with matching drapes and a beautiful white Victorian style iron bedstead. Both bedrooms have the family bathroom next door with its large shower cubicle and another roll top bath: All bedrooms have their own Freeview LCD TV and your own secure unlimited wireless internet facility at no extra cost.

All our beds have beautiful & luxurious bed drapes & sumptuous deep, high density memory foam mattress' for the king size beds & pocket sprung mattress with 1000 springs for the double, plus memory foam topper for exquisite comfort: Extravagantly comfortable & no roll together!
